Iran's Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmail Baqaei, announced in a briefing with foreign policy reporters that Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi will travel to China.According to Baqaei, the Iranian Foreign Minister is scheduled to depart for China on Monday at the official invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, in order to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting.During the visit, in addition to attending the ministerial meeting and presenting Iran’s positions and perspectives, the Foreign Minister will hold bilateral talks with his Chinese counterpart and several other foreign ministers attending the summit.The main agenda of the foreign ministers’ meeting is to coordinate and prepare for the upcoming SCO Meeting of Heads of States.
